An afternoon that works its way up, root to crown, on forty quiet acres in Murrieta. We start with tea while everyone settles, move through chakra-based asana, then slow it all down with breathwork and a guided yoga nidra. There is time to wander before we come back together for refreshments. Celebrating National Yoga Month.
